How do I post or list an item?
To create an auction or message in the forum you first must register for an account. Once logged in you can POST an auction, this can be just a brief description of the item/s you wish to sell.

What should I write in the description?
The description should be short and sweet, describing the item, it's condition and features, including charges for P&P and payment means accepted (cash/postal order etc.)

How do I Price or Auction off an item?
You can either include a fixed price you are willing to accept or say you will accept bids or offers, these you can viewed in the responded messages below your listing. When you wish to accept an offer/bid simply email the bidder with your details.

How do I know when my auction has been bid on?
If you select "email me when someone responds" when you are posting the auction, you will be automatically notified when a bid is placed.

How long will my auction last?
Your auction will last for 7days or until you have a winning bidder, which ever comes first. Once sold please remember to close the listing.

What can I sell on the site?
Anything you like!

Will I be charged for this service?
There is no charges what so ever for using this service, unlike other sites where you are charged a commission fee on your sold price - its FREE!

Help for Buyers...

How do I bid or place an offer on an Auction?
To bid on an item simply RESPOND to the posted auction with your name and email address along with your offer.

How do I buy a fixed priced Auction?
To buy a fixed priced auction you can RESPOND to the posted auction with your details as above, or, if this is avaliable, directly email the seller using the email link at the top of the listing.

How do I know when I've won an Auction?
You will know once you have won an auction when the seller contacts you with his details and confirmation of the lot.

Can I rate the seller or Auction?
You can rate the auction listing if you wish, but personal ratings for sellers and buyers are not avaliable.

What if I don't receive the Auctioned item?
Please allow 7 days from end of auction for delivery, if you do not receive the item after contacting the seller, email us at auctions@xinteractive.co.uk and we shall ban the seller from the site.

Can I claim for lost earnings?
Unfortunately Xinteractive cannot be held responsible for auctions that are lost or undelivered, please only use trusted sellers if you are unsure of an item.

What if im not sure of the seller?
If you are worried about a particular seller or listing, email the seller and find out about him and his after sales support. If a particular listing seems very suspect email our auction team at auctions@xinteractive.co.uk.
