Here at Xinteractive we believe customers shouldn't have
to add postage and packaging to the prices they see on the web,
take a look at any large online store, most offer free delivery
for orders that are over a certain price, but smaller orders
can rack up delivery costs of up to £6 or more! Which
is why at Xinteractive we feel it necessary to include
*FREE delivery for all UK mainland orders, of any size and any
price, so what you see is indeed what you pay! *Monitors
and PC systems carry an additional £10 postal charge for
shipping to IRE.
Delivery
Method
We aim to ship your goods as quickly as possible, while making
sure all items are carefully packed and protected from damage
during transit. Delivery
is by Royal Mail First Class post or courier service, depending
upon ordered item and destination, with orders normally being
dispatch within 12hours of receiving payment. Please allow
2-3 working days for delivery, if your order has not arrived
by this time, please email us with your order or lot details.
Payment
Options
Payment can be either by *cheque, made out to Xinteractive,
cash, postal order or bank transfer, unfortunately at this
time we do not have the means to use direct credit card transactions,
but payment can be sent using our NOCHEX or PayPal
services (see below for more information). Upon receiving
your confirmation email you will be notified of where
to send payment.
*Please note:
If you have a cheque guarantee card please write the number
on the back of the cheque, and we shall dispatch you order
straight away, otherwise we can only dispatch items on clearance
of the cheques - Thank you..
Alternatively
we can now offer quick payment and delivery options via PayPal,
NOCHEX and ebay's *Billpoint, these are free services, and
mean payments can be made instantly over the web using a credit
